David Baddiel
David Baddiel is a novelist, television presenter and stand-up comedian. He was born in 1964 in Troy, New York, but grew up and lives in London. He read English at King’s College, Cambridge and first gained fame as a stand-up comedian, going on to write and star in television series such as The Mary Whitehouse Experience and Baddiel and Skinner Unplanned. In 2010 he wrote the screenplay for the feature film The Infidel and he has also published four novels: Time For Bed, Whatever Love Means, The Secret Purposes, and, most recently, The Death of Eli Gold.
