Dr Christian Jessen

Dr Christian Jessen is a popular health campaigner who combines his medical career with a successful media career. He works closely with various charities to help look for new ways to educate people in health matters. His main aim is to help raise awareness and to demystify the world of medicine to the public. Dr Christian is well-known for presenting popular TV shows, including: multi award-winning Embarrassing Bodies and Supersize vs Superskinny, and critically acclaimed documentaries Undercover Doctor: Cure Me I’m Gay and How the Rich Live Longer. He writes regular medical columns for Attitude and Closer magazines. He has written five books: Dr Christian’s Dealing with the Tricky Stuff, Dr Christian’s Guide to Growing Up, Dr Christian’s Guide to You, Can I Just Ask? and Supersize vs Superskinny.
