Jed Rubenfeld

Jed Rubenfeld is the Robert R. Slaughter Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He is the author of two books on constitutional law Freedom and Time: A Theory of Constitutional Self-Government and Revolution by Judiciary: The Structure of American Constitutional Law along with two novels, the international bestsellers The Death Instinct and The Interpretation of Murder.
