Jocelyn Pook
Best known for her score for Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut, Jocelyn Pook is an award-winning composer who writes for stage, screen, opera house and concert hall. Other notable film scores include The Merchant of Venice, Brick Lane and L’Emploi Du Temps. Previous projects include a collaboration with Andrew Motion, Mobile, commissioned by The King's Singers and BBC Proms, Ingerland, commissioned by the Royal Opera House and Hearing Voices, a symphonic song-cycle about mental illness, with Melanie Pappenheim and the BBC Concert Orchestra. Her score for Akram Khan’s DESH received a British Composer Award (2012). Jocelyn's album Untold Things was rereleased by Real World Gold in 2013.
