Kath Dalmeny

Kath Dalmeny is Coordinator of Sustain, the alliance for better food and farming, which has worked for over 10 years with the Greater London Authority to implement the London Food Strategy. This promotes community food growing, ethical food procurement, better school and hospital food and tackles food waste. Kath is a Trustee of Feedback, the global food waste campaign, and a board member of the UK-wide Sustainable Food Cities Network.
