Olivia Petter

Olivia Petter is a freelance journalist, author, and broadcaster based in London. She writes a weekly sex column for Soho House in addition to being a features writer for The Independent and host of its chart-topping Millennial Love podcast. Previous guests on the show include Emily Ratajkowski, Munroe Bergdorf, Elizabeth Day, Raven Smith, Lisa Taddeo, Dolly Alderton, and Will Young As a journalist, Olivia specialises in violence against women, pop culture, relationships, mental health, sexual health, travel, fashion, and beauty. Her writing has been published in The Sunday Times, British Vogue, British GQ, Grazia, Stylist, Refinery29, The Independent, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Sun, and The Huffington Post. Her first book, Millennial Love, was published by 4th Estate in July 2021. Described as “honest and funny” by Pandora Sykes, the book is based on Olivia’s podcast of the same name and blends social commentary with memoir and interviews. She is currently writing her debut novel, Gold Rush, which will be published by 4th Estate in 2024.
